NON-MEDICAL RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Introduction
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products purchased from our website. It works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with UK consumer rights law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
2. Statutory Consumer Rights
Under UK law, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. For online purchases, you generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and a further 14 days to return the goods, unless exemptions apply.
3. Defective Product Warranty (Up to 1 Year)
If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, you may return it for a repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for return postage and the cost of shipping the replacement product. Proof of purchase is required.
4. Change of Mind Returns (30-Day Policy)
You may return unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

All requests to cancel a medication order instigated by the client will be subject to a £10 administration fee, irrespective of whether the consultation has been completed by submitting the required documents or not. Furthermore, if the prescription has been despatched by the pharmacy, no refund will be available and we will not accept medication being returned.
